FULL LIFETIME WARRANTY
Your CLASSIQUE Class Ring is designed and
crafted to exacting quality standards. CLASSIQUE provides a
full warranty for the
life of your ring against any imperfection in design, workmanship
or materials. Any ring not meeting these standards will be repaired
or replaced with identical specifications without charge. In
addition to this Full Lifetime Warranty, CLASSIQUE Class Rings
provides these special benefits for the life of your ring without
charge:
- Resizing will be performed.
- Simulated stones that are defective or broken will be replaced.
- Cleaning and Refinishing will be performed.
- Your class ring year (should your graduation date changed)
will be changed.
Any ring that does not meet the specific warranties stated
herein will be repaired or replaced at no charge by returning
your ring to CLASSIQUE Class Rings. Your CLASSIQUE Class
Ring Full Lifetime Warranty is not valid if any work is performed
outside of our factory. This warranty gives you specific legal
rights and you may have other rights which may vary from territory
to territory.
4 YEARS LOST PROGRAM (4 YEARS FROM ORDER DATE)
This program is of no charge to the customer with the purchase of
your ring. CLASSIQUE Class Rings will agree to replace the ring for
a charge under the following conditions:
- Accidental loss
- Loss from fire
- Loss by theft, burglary or larceny.
This agreement covers the original ring purchased and does
not cover the replacement ring. THIS AGREEMENT CAN ONLY BE
USED ONCE.
Replacement may be requested by contacting CLASSIQUE Class
Rings, and providing a detailed account of the claim. A copy of
your order form is required to proceed with this claim. Upon
receipt of this claim and prior to manufacturing a replacement
ring, you will be notified in advance of the amount of the current
metal variation, to determine the replacement fee. Once approved
the replacement ring will then be manufactured.
RETURNING RINGS
When returning rings please send in a Canada Post Express
Post, so that should anything happen before your ring arrives at CLASSIQUE
Class Rings, you have a tracking number. Please be sure to include a copy
of your order form and a note stating the problem, along with your name and
